
MY STORY
Since 2004, I’ve been a dedicated practitioner of holistic wellness. Through my own healing journey, I discovered how powerful the integration of psychology and mindfulness can be—supporting body, mind, and soul. This passion led me to become a lifelong student of both.
I hold a Master’s degree in Psychology, an E-RYT 500 yoga certification, multiple meditation certifications, a Reiki certification, and nearly two decades of personal mindfulness practice.
My love and trust in these practices naturally led me to teach. Since 2014, I’ve shared mindfulness with individuals, groups, and organizations across New York, Los Angeles, and Miami. My clients have included investment banks, global law firms, public and private schools, and select companies. I’ve also volunteered with Sunrise Senior Living, Oceana, and various women’s groups—because I believe deeply in giving back to our elders, our planet, and women’s communities.
In addition to teaching, I’ve been an entrepreneur for nearly 20 years and created three jewelry brands. I’ve written numerous mindfulness blogs, appeared on a segment of The Today Show, and have been featured in People Magazine, HuffPost, Yoga Journal, and more. I’m also the author of A Beginner’s Guide to Living Mindfully.
I love this work because I know firsthand that it works—and I’m committed to helping as many people as I can.
