Join Janine Forte and the One Yoga International faculty for our comprehensive 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training—a transformational journey designed for those seeking personal growth, professional development, or a deeper understanding of yoga. Whether your goal is to become a certified yoga teacher or simply deepen your practice, this training provides a strong foundation in the teachings and application of yoga both on and off the mat. Students will explore yoga's rich history and philosophy while gaining a practical understanding of anatomy, physiology, kinesiology, alignment, and functional movement. Beyond the physical practice, we dive into the subtle aspects of yoga, including the chakras, koshas, doshas, energy systems, meditation, and mindfulness. Throughout the program, you will develop the knowledge, confidence, and teaching skills necessary to lead safe, effective, and inspiring yoga classes. At One Yoga International, we recognize that life is busy. That's why we offer two flexible training pathways: Fully Online Training Study entirely online from anywhere in the world. Move through the curriculum at your own pace and on your own schedule while receiving comprehensive training that meets Yoga Alliance standards. Hybrid Training (80% Online | 20% In-Person) Enjoy the flexibility of self-paced online learning combined with immersive in-person training experiences. Our next in-person immersion will take place November 14–15 from 1:00 PM–7:00 PM in Miami, Florida. The exact location will be announced to enrolled students. Both training options provide a supportive learning environment, expert instruction, and the opportunity to deepen your understanding of yoga while integrating its teachings into everyday life.
